Vitality Medicine at Marigold

Microneedling 411

  • Microneedling sessions at Marigold include:

    • Treatment of the face and neck

    • Use of both micro and nano needles, allowing for precision work in more sensitive areas

    • Integration with supportive acupuncture, selected to promote circulation, regulation, and recovery

    • Personalized recommendations for home support, based on what we learn from your body and skin

This is not a one-size-fits-all service. Each session is informed by your history, constitution, and current capacity.

  • Microneedling may be supportive for people looking to address:

    • Skin vitality and resilience

    • Texture, tone, and circulation of the face and neck

    • Post-inflammatory or post-stress skin patterns

    • Signs of depletion, stagnation, or slow recovery

    • A desire to feel more at home in their skin without aggressive or trend-driven interventions

This work is always approached thoughtfully, with attention to pacing, recovery, and the broader context of your health.

  • The following microneedling services have been designed as an entry point and introduction to this work at Marigold.

Over time, this service will expand and we will provider longer term care options as well as an expanded pricing menu.

    Our foundational options include:

    • A single Foundational Microneedling Session:

    • A 3-visit Foundational Microneedling Series, spaced approximately one month apart

    Please contact us for pricing.

Microneedling appointments are limited and offered by inquiry.

  • Microneedling is not appropriate for everyone. We will review your history carefully; this offering is not recommended if you:

    • Are pregnant or trying to conceive

    • Have active skin infections, open wounds, or inflamed cystic acne in the treatment area

    • Are currently using isotretinoin (Accutane) or have used it within the past 6–12 months

    • Have a history of poor wound healing or uncontrolled bleeding disorders

    • Are actively undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

    • Are prone to keloid scarring

    • Have received recent Botox or dermal fillers (timing matters — please let us know so we can guide you appropriately)

If microneedling is not the right fit, cosmetic acupuncture (launching soon) may be an appropriate alternative. Let us know if you’d like to be notified when that becomes available.

Why we do what we do!

We are all about person-centered care, from the inside out and the outside in. As far as beauty goes, we believe that how we feel in our skin matters as much as our health and well-being. Here’s the full story of how Vitality Medicine came to be.
